NEWPORT R.I. - Our next round of signings feature Freshman rught-handed pitcher Ethan Rose from East Carolina University, Freshman right-handed pitcher Parker Rhodes from Mississippi St. University and Senior right-handed pitcher Sean Mulligan from Salve Regina University! The 2026 Player Signings are brought to you by GOING YARD BASEBALL!
Ethan Rose is a pitcher for the East Carolina Pirates baseball, bringing size and early promise to the mound throughout his freshman year. Rose uses his strong frame and right-handed delivery to generate power and presence on the hill. A native out of Bridgeville, Pennsylvania, he started his baseball time at South Fayette High School before making the jump to Division I competition. Early in his collegiate career, Rose has begun to see action out of the bullpen, gaining valuable experience against high-level opponents. His ability to throw strikes and compete in pressure situations highlights his potential as a developing arm. As he continues to adjust to the college level, Rose is focused on refining his command and expanding his pitch mix. With his size, composure, and early success, he is a young pitcher to watch as he grows within East Carolina’s staff.
Parker Rhodes is a pitcher for the Mississippi State Bulldogs baseball team, bringing a strong mix of velocity and upside to the mound throughout his freshman season. A native of Greenfield, Indiana, Rhodes used his athletic frame and quick arm to generate power in his delivery. Before arriving at Mississippi State, Rhodes was one of the top pitching prospects in Indiana, ranked as the No. 4 right-handed pitcher in the state and among the top overall prospects. He also gained national exposure by participating in the MLB Draft Combine, showcasing his ability against elite competition.
Sean Mulligan is a pitcher for the hometown Salve Regina Seahawks baseball team, bringing size and experience to the staff as a senior. A native of Verona, New Jersey, Mulligan uses his physical presence to his advantage on the mound. Mulligan is part of a veteran core rotation for the Seahawks that provides leadership and stability. His height and build allow him to generate a downhill plane, making him a challenging matchup for opposing hitters. As an upperclassman, he contributes both on the field and in the clubhouse, helping guide younger pitchers through the demands of the college game. Playing at the Division III level, Mulligan continues to refine his command and pitch development while adding depth to the Seahawks’ rotation. With his experience and work ethic, he remained a key piece of Salve Regina’s pitching staff this past Spring season.
